Maris was incredibly helpful during our stay. The room was spacious with a table, fridge, and coffee maker. Breakfast options were great, and I loved the flavored syrups. The laundry service was easy and affordable too.

the check-in process was painfully slow, made worse by a disinterested staff member. and those pillows? absoluteley useless. i woke up with neck pain, begging for a proper night’s sleep! after all this, i expected at least a complimentary snack or an upgrade, but why woudl they wanna treat a guest like me specially? just couldn’t recommend this place.

The large room accommodated our family comfortably, featuring two queen beds and ample space for the kids. Breakfast was a highlight with various options, including flavorful syrups, eggs Benedict, and quick items for busy mornings. However, check-in was a challenge. the delay was frustrating and the pillows were not supportive at all, leading to a poor night's sleep. Some staff interactions felt less attentive than expected.

The bathroom was a delight, perfect for lounging after a long day. It was clean and the room had nice flooring—no more dodgy carpets! Plus, the comfy beds were a real treat, trust me.

Though, I wouldn’t say no to a bit more fluff in the pillows! I mean, they were flatter than my ambitions on a lazy Sunday.

Had a fun time with friends! Rooms were comfy, and it was a short drive to the Northern Ontario Country Music Hall of Fame and Bellevue Park. Found it handy having amenities nearby. Definitely recommend staying here for a great group trip.
